What We Do
Contract Negotiations
Our agency is authorized to effect transfers within The Football Association system and also any cross border transfers involving players and clubs. We can consult and assist on contract negotiations from introductions of the parties right through to signing. We will represent your interests in transfer agreements, sponsorship negotiations and any other commercial advice that you require through your career. We also have grown a dedicated network of specialist advisers that we know and trust for wealth management and investment opportunities, tax advice, litigation/disciplinary issues, marketing advice and public relations.
Representation
We understand that making the transition from one club/team to another is one of the biggest decisions that you will make in your playing career, if not your entire life. We will provide you with objective and impartial advice to help you make decisions to maximize your financial well being and settle into a position/club where you can build a successful career as a sports professional.
Transfers
In addition to assistance with any contractual negotiations, we will ensure that all transfer requirements (whether domestic or international) under the relevant football association and/or FIFA regulations are met to ensure as smooth a transition as possible.
Sponsorship
We can advise on the protection and exploitation of your image rights including the negotiation of sponsorship, merchandising and advertising deals. We can manage sponsorship for the players and the clubs.
Searching players and other professionals for the club
At Swallow Sport Management we keep a confidential database of players, managers, coaches, physiotherapists and fitness trainers. We offer placement services for such professionals. Please contact us directly if you are trying to find a player or other professional for your club.
